ScanInspect FPT fixtureless flying probe tester for bare boards can be used as a standalone or with bed-of-nails fixtures. Comes in four configurations designed to handle substrates from 0.8" x 0.8" to 24.4" x 20" and 0.006" to 0.256" thick. Probes are capable of testing as small as 0.003" on 0.005" spacing. Accepts Gerber RS274D, RS274X, IPC-D-356A or Probot-HLS data.
