The 4500R and the 5500R vertical lift stencil printers have double-sided board-processing capability. The 4500R print area is 16" x 18". The larger 5500R is air cylinder powered and offers a dual-squeegee shuttle with metal blades. Has a 20" x 22" print area. Both reportedly offer a registration repeatability of ±0.0003". Include self-locking precision X, Y and theta adjustments.

WinCon control system now includes barcode product traceability. Supports handheld and fixed scanners for linear barcode. For automated lines, a barcode scanner can be used to verify that the correct recipe is running on the equipment. If the recipe is incorrect, an alarm will be raised or if the equipment is empty, the correct recipe will be loaded. Can also be used with the SMEMA interface and the GEM host.

The LS04 pneumatic valve series is said to have dimensions of 10 mm width and a flow rate of 200 l/min (0.2Cv) up to a max. of 330 l/min (0.33Cv). Comes in three designs: a mini valve with a flow rate of 200 l/min (0.2Cv), a standard valve with 250 l/min (0.25Cv) and a valve manifold system with a flow rate of 330 l/min (0.33Cv). Made of polymer. Sealing system is the same as in HF04 valves. Features push-in fittings for inch or metric tubing; working ports range from 1/8" to 1/4" and 4 mm to 6 mm.

The SM411 Dynamic Chip Shooter is said to have placement speeds of 42,000 cph for chips and 30,000 cph for SOP; the SM421 Advanced Flexible Mounter is said to have placement speeds of 21,000 cph. SM411 is based on a dual-gantry platform with flying vision cameras.
