MR402 is a high-speed step/repeat electrical tester for high-density double-side and multi-layer circuits. Designed to improve process control and electrical integrity.
 
Available for flexible circuits and thin. rigid boards.  An automatic conveyer system handles thin laminates without damage. Can test circuits with 70 micron pitch pads or traces without special tooling at +/- 5 micron. HDI electrical testing can be a standard in-house process.  No special test pads are required.
 
Can be configured for in-process testing or final electrical verification. Has simultaneous dual side testing and an automatic step and repeat mechanism.  Multifunctional software provides auto positioning with correction retry and pressure control.

Visiprise has achieved “Powered by SAP NetWeaver” certification for Visiprise Manufacturing 3.2 and become a “Powered by SAP NetWeaver” partner of SAP AG. This strengthens the collaborative development effort with SAP previously announced in March.

The certification advances the effort between the two companies to bring to market turnkey business software for targeted manufacturing industries. Visiprise intends to offer integrated solutions that combine real-time manufacturing performance management data with Visiprise's manufacturing platform, delivering user information through the manufacturing intelligence dashboard of the mySAP ERP solution.
