MANASSAS, VA – Zestron, the globally leading provider of high precision cleaning products, services and training solutions in the electronics manufacturing and semiconductor industries, is pleased to announce that Andrés Turrubiates, Application Engineer, ZESTRON Americas, will present “Why Clean PCBs” at the SMTA Juárez Expo and Tech Forum on April 6th.
If the reliability of your electronic assemblies is critical, removing impurities from the board surface as well as underneath the components is necessary. Mr. Turrubiates will provide insight to why it is important to fully clean electronic assemblies, how electrochemical migration and leakage currents can lead to failures as well as how to avoid issues associated with white residues.
Mr. Turrubiates is an active member of the SMTA as well as the IPC. He is responsible for providing technical support to customers in Mexico, including cleaning process recommendations as well as onsite customer support for process implementations and optimizations. Mr. Turrubiates has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
