Nordson Asymtek Introduces Spectrum II S2-900 Dispensing System

Spectrum II S2-900 is a high-speed dispensing system for applications in microelectronics and semiconductor manufacturing and MEMS and LED assembly. Is 600mm x 1321mm. Provides up to 30,000 dots per hr. Z-axis performance enables <200µm dots and solder paste line dispensing for MEMS and HDD assembly. Tilt jetting provides up to 30° tilt with most valves. Has automatically adjusting valve positions for workpiece skew and dual simultaneous valves. Includes higher brightness vision lighting and non-contact laser height sensors.
