At the 2025 IPC APEX EXPO, Sono-Tek will highlight the new Flow Monitoring feature for the SonoFlux Servo, offering advanced process control and data collection capabilities. This option utilizes a non-contact flow sensor for precise, real-time measurement of flux volume with an accuracy of ±15%.
Designed for customers seeking enhanced quality control, the system:
