HALFMOON, NY – PVA, a global supplier of automated dispensing and coating equipment, will exhibit its latest innovations in Booth #626 at the 2025 IPC APEX EXPO, taking place March 18-20, 2025 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore PVA's advanced dispensing, coating and inspection solutions.

On display will be several Delta series work cells tailored around multiple applications that demonstrate PCB ruggedization, thermal management, dispense inspection, and box build assembly. Standalone and production line presentations will be on display to highlight a wide range of fluid handling and customized automation, these include:

Conformal Coating - An updated Delta 6 system with a more robust gantry will be configured with multiple advanced tools for selective conformal coating. Features include a new airless coating valve, temperature-controlled fluid delivery, and process monitoring tools to help customers keep their production under control.

Box Build Assembly - PVA’s flagship Delta 8 work cells will be configured to highlight series production of electronics in an enclosure design. Two machines will be in a 4-axis + tilt configuration for PCB component staking and inspection, plus a 3-axis machine configured for thermal gel dispense plus PCB housing assembly.
