BTU will be presenting two oven models from the Aurora series at this year’s IPC APEX EXPO: the new Aurora 125N, making its North American debut, and the Aurora 150N, a state of the art 12-zone convection reflow oven. Both models incorporate the latest advancements in reflow oven design and process control. In addition, the Aurora platform also features the 175N and 200N models for increased throughput and flexibility, with the addition of the 125N the Aurora reflow oven line now features four distinct use cases.
