Laser removes gold and copper selectively; reconstructs pattern shape; fills opens with copper. Accompanying software shows 3D images in color at all angles. Complements Closed Loop Shaping, which removes excess copper without damaging the laminate.

N1092A, N1092B and N1092D DCA-M sampling oscilloscopes for 25/100/400Gb/s optical test feature new low-noise, low-jitter technology for measuring low-power, high data rate NRZ and PAM-4 devices.
