Enables simple creation of different product specific soldering profiles. Controls soldering profile according to the measured temperature data. Measures temperature profile for each soldering cycle. Records data for traceability and documentation. Detects nondestructive temperature and heating behaviors of the product. Enlarged 460 x 610mm process window optimizes process cycle time. Leaded assemblies can be processed with lead-free process fluid without exchange of the process fluid.

#8691 Mighty Mask is a fast-curing, temporary masking agent for safeguarding components during conformal coating processes and component-free areas on PCBs during soldering. Contains a heat-resistant compound added to the latex for short-term, high-temperature protection up to 510F. Reportedly tack-free in 20 min. and completely cured in an hour. Can be applied with spatula or with supplied squeeze bottle. Plastic-safe, peelable solder mask removes easily by hand or with tweezers without leaving contaminating or corrosive residues. Contains no substances on REACH SvHC list or in RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.

AP430 fully automatic inline stencil printer can print 01005 chips, µBGAs, and 12-mil ultra-fine-pitch components. SMEMA-compatible conveyor and PCB holder accommodate boards with print areas up to a maximum of 17.75" x 13.75". Quick-change stencil clamp with programmable stopper accepts large frames up to 29" x 29". High-precision ballscrew drives work in unison with the CCD alignment camera to provide X, Y, and Ɵ axis correction for PCB-to-stencil registration within ±0.0003". In the Z-axis, independent ballscrew control of the PCB height and four-corner ballscrew positioning of the stencil frame ensure coplanarity of the stencil and board surface. After printing, these same four ballscrews maintain perpendicular and uniform separation of stencil from PCB at a programmable speed for print definition for the particular application. Stroke, speed and pressure of dual squeegees also fully programmable. Print accuracy said to be ±0.001". Automatic stencil wiper runs in wet or dry mode, with or without vacuum; interval, paper feed and solvent injection are fully programmable.
