R&S RTO-/RTP-K133 advanced jitter analysis option for R&S RTO and R&S RTP oscilloscopes helps development engineers gain insight into individual jitter components of transmission interface.

Can separate jitter into random and deterministic components and view results flexibly for debugging. Decomposition algorithm uses parametric signal model for accurate measurements and additional result representations. Introduces analytic approach to separating individual components of jitter, such as random jitter, and deterministic jitter components, such as data-dependent and periodic jitter. Jitter model includes waveform characteristic of signal under test.
