HERNDON, VA -- An iNEMI working group will host an open conference call next week to review an industry survey on safety standards specific to implantable medical electronics.
The survey was the culmination of Phase 1 of the project, which finished earlier this year.
The group now seeks participation in Phase 2 of its project, which aims to ensure that the information obtained from the industry survey is sufficiently thorough and comprehensive, and to obtain perspective on analysis of key gaps in reliability standards for implantable devices.The group plans to develop a white paper summarizing its findings.
