SAINT HERBLAIN, FRANCE – Lacroix SA reported revenue of EUR 328.8 million for its fiscal year ended Sept. 30, up 1.2% year-over-year.

Net profit for the group was EUR 4.8 million, down 18.6% compared to the same period in 2012.

Current operating income was EUR 11.2 million, down 1.8% year-over-year.

Lacroix Electronics accounted for 55% of the group's revenue for the year, up 6.5% year-over-year, as a result of 20% growth in the second half. Operating income was EUR 900,000, up from EUR 700,000 the prior year.

Lacroix expects increased revenue and earnings in 2014.
