AS5035, an 8-bit incremental magnetic rotary encoder for cost-sensitive industrial and automotive applications, is suited for use in human-machine interface applications, such as front panel switches, or as an alternative to optical encoder-based applications where dust or other particles could diminish reliability and accuracy.

Provides incremental quadrature A/B output signals and an index output signal. The index signal represents a mechanical reference point, called the zero position, which can be programmed by the user at the system assembly stage. Operation safety is ensured by continuous monitoring of the magnet presence and the optimal magnet position in the system.

Features 64 pulses per revolution on each of the two quadrature output channels, for resolution of 2.8°/step over a full turn of 360°. Failure detection monitors the magnet's placement during the operation. In case of a missing or loose magnet, the device instantly provides a warning signal.

Operates at rotational speeds up to 10,000 revolutions/min.,  at either 3.3 or 5 V, without missing any incremental pulses. The zero position can be programmed by the user. Operating temperature ranges from -40 to +125°C. Available in a lead-free SSOP 16 (5.3mm x 6.2mm) package.

9300 Series equipment platforms offers omnidirectional, ultra-low-frequency vibration damping and automatic leveling while raising equipment only inches off the floor. Proprietary airmount system provides vertical isolation, while tri-filar pendulum assembly provides stable cradle support for horizontal isolation. The pendulum assembly eliminates the need for the resonance-generating corner lift brackets.

Platform stiffness is comparable to that of a 3" plate of solid steel at approximately one-third the weight and with more efficient damping — vibration isolation efficiencies at maximum load (up to 25,000 lbs.) can be as high as 98% for vertical natural frequency and 96% for horizontal natural frequency.

Standard platform is a rigid, lightweight, epoxy-laminated "sandwich" — a 2" composite layer between 1/2" top and bottom plates of corrosion-resistant steel.

Standard finish is black polyurethane, but can be finished with stainless steel or white epoxy powder coat.  Available in custom sizes or shapes, with extra leg supports, and with cutouts or notches. Nonmagnetic platforms are also available.

Applications include vibration isolation for SEMs, TEMs, CMMs, steppers and mask aligners.

The Gryphon line of AC and DC axial fans provides customers with economical thermal management solutions.

Integrated into each air-moving product is an electronic protection feature that automatically prevents damage to the product's motor and electronics, even if the propeller is physically jammed while the unit is powered.

Standard tachometer feature is integrated in each DC axial fan.  The tachometer is a two pulse per revolution, open collector signal that measures rotational speed. It allows a host system to know the speed and health of a fan at any time during normal operation.

Measure 25 to 120 mm, with 12, 24 and 48 volt versions. AC products are offered in 115 and 230-volt versions and compatible with either 50 or 60 Hz power sources.  AC models come standard with fitted terminals and are available with an optional plug and cord set to fit any connection.

Each model is RoHS compliant and covered by a 12-month warranty.

New software and hardware improvements offer increased flexibility in the  design, specification and maintenance of horizontal carousel systems, and provide enhanced operating controls. Typically used for product picking in warehouse and distribution center operations and in buffering applications for manufacturing operations.

Improvements include modifications to the SpectrumPlus warehouse control system software. Streamlined reporting, improved processing speed and new inventory management functions are said to provide better control of the carousel induction process, carousel inventories and product replenishment.

Hardware enhancements include a new standardized track design, which enables the use of different sized product shelves on the same carousel track; the replacement of DC drives with AC drives; and the use of non-proprietary controls. Customers can now specify commercial, off-the-shelf control hardware.

EUV-700 in-line, conveyorized UV curing station incorporates Fusion F300 version "D" lamps. Has a standard focal distance of 2.1" above the product, which produces a 1" wide curing zone. To accommodate component heights, the lamp housings may be indexed in the z direction (2.1 to 5") to prevent the possibility of overexposure for taller components. Each 6" long UV section is selectable through the system's Touch Screen. This energy saving feature allows operators to only turn on and use the desired width range needed. Selectable width ranges are 6, 12 and 18".

Equipped with safety side doors and multi-stage in-line conveyor integrated into special touch panel controls. Operators can set desired cure times through a variable speed drive located in the center section of the station under the UV lamps. Product transfers on 3 mm edge contact to fit a wide range of applications.
