TAIPEI – Wiwynn Corp. will build a server assembly plant in Malaysia to be close to customers, the ODM said.

The company plans to use environmentally friendly materials to build green buildings and implement a smart factory.

The company reported 2020 consolidated revenue of NT$186.9 billion (US$6.8 billion), up 14.3% year-over-year. Net profit after tax was NT$8.61 billion, an increase of 39.6% year-over-year. The after-tax profit was 4.6%, which increased 0.8 percentage points.

Wiwynn plans to continue to enhance competitiveness of cloud computing products and invest in the development of 5G and edge computing.
