SAM-CT23Q tabletop router now features an offline software program that permits creation and editing of position and program data and reading of PCB drawing data (DXF files). Saves and reads files containing data created using the program. Files can be sent, received and edited when a PC is connected to the SAM-CT23Q router. Features a 40,000 rpm spindle for clean, precise depanelization for densely populated PCBs.

SMTrue smart feeders are for use with vision-based automated pick-and-place machines. Come in all feeder types, including tape, bank, vibratory, matrix and cut-tape. Are managed through a smart feeder database; each is assigned a unique feeder ID. Database manages address, position, component dimensions, count, tape index and vibratory control; can recognize the presence or absence of a feeder, including a checklist of previously programmed information. Provide interactive feedback when component count becomes low or a feeder runs out of components.
