Throughout his career, Don has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in sales management and technical product promotion. Most recently, he served as Sales Manager at Northeast Electronics, where he oversaw all sales and customer service activities, managed a team of sales engineers, and implemented strategic initiatives that drove customer growth and satisfaction. Prior to that, he spent 25 years at Air-Vac Engineering Co., excelling as a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for high-end printed circuit board repair equipment. In this role, Don successfully managed sales representatives, provided technical sales support, and played a key role in product development and customer training.

Don’s deep understanding of the electronics manufacturing industry and his ability to connect with customers on a technical level will play a crucial role in expanding VJ Electronix’s presence in the Eastern region.
