Screen printing specialist, Speedprint Technology, has won its sixth Service Excellence Award from respected industry publication Circuits Assembly at this year’s APEX Expo. In mathematics, six is a ‘Perfect Number’, and such numbers are rare. And so it is with Speedprint’s perfect six of awards for its exemplary customer service – a rare achievement.

In each Service Excellence Award category, only one company among all contenders can win. The awards are judged using feedback on key business relationships obtained through surveys and interviews with customers of the competing companies. Speedprint took the top award in the screen printing category.

President of Speedprint, Mark Brawley, accepted the award at a presentation held on the show floor on the first morning of this year’s APEX Expo event in San Diego. He pointed out that Speedprint is one of very few dedicated Screen Printer specialist companies in the market, a fact that allows the company to focus on delivering superior customer service without diluting its resource among other products in an SMT assembly line.

“This is another great result that rewards our support-focused business philosophy and the team that delivers it,” says Brawley. “As arguably the only remaining autonomous premium screen printer brand, it’s good to know that our achievement is based entirely on direct feedback from the people who matter the most – our customers. That’s real data and welcome recognition from the industry.”
