Use pneumatic bonding heads with quick connect blocks and thermo-plane thermodes. Thermode design offers ultra-fast heating and cooling cycles. Forced air-cooling after the heating process speeds the bonding process. Maintain co-planarity and withstand deformation. Eliminate voltage drop as current flows from front-to-back instead of left-to-right. Include left-right and front-rear slides, as well as rotary tables. Slide modules operate manually or pneumatically and have an option for three-stop positions. Additional options include optical alignment, Kapton feeder, water cooling, interposer modules, and customized product jigs. Desktop units are powered by Uniflow3.

Cobar 95-DRX+ flux is based on a water/solvent combination and offers wicking characteristics similar to a solvent-based system.

Cobar 396-DRX+ is a VOC-free flux that is RoHS-compliant. Is halide- and halogen-free, and is based on a water carrying system that provides advantages in transportation and storage conditions and eliminates fire risks. Is odorless.

Are both classified as ORL-0. Provide topside preheat temperatures up to 150°C. Can be used in high thermal mass and heavy multilayer products that require extended and higher soldering conditions. Activation systems eliminate bridging and provide excellent through-hole filling for Pb-free and SnPb applications.

Stronger versions (Cobar 396-DRX-M+ and Cobar 95-DRX-M+) are available.
