No. 851 is a 650°F electrically heated belt conveyor oven used for soldering metal parts. Workspace dimensions measure 18" x 96" x 15".  Has a 2' open belt loading zone, two 4' insulated heat zones with independent recirculated airflow and temperature control, 1' open zone, 12' cooling zone and 2' open belt unloading zone. 60KW installed in Nichrome wire heating elements provide heat, while two 1000 CFM, 2-HP recirculating blowers furnish downward vertical airflow. Features 5" insulated walls, an aluminized steel exterior, Type 304 stainless steel interior, two 16" diameter tubeaxial fans, each driven by a ¾-HP motor to push/pull air through the cooling zone, as well as a 12" wide, 1" x 1" high carbon steel flat wire conveyor belt with ¼-HP motor drive, variable speed from 1.3 to 25.3 IPM. EquaStat ESD Roll fabric creates an instant blanket of static protection. Is reusable and can be cut to length to provide a static-dissipative cover. Covers workbench prior to spraying spray flux or conformal coating on a PCB or electronics assembly. Cover shelves in storage areas, or on rework benches. Is woven of the same ESD-safe material as EquaStat 413A; made from continuous filament polyester interwoven with DuPont Negastat carbon yarn. Each roll is wound on a 1.5" ID core tube that is 30" wide, has 50 linear ft. of material, and is shrink-wrapped in an ESD safe, static-dissipative film.
