Alpha EF-6850HF is a halogen-free, low solids, alcohol-based, no-clean liquid soldering flux formulated for use in Sn-Pb and Pb-free applications on standard and high-density PCBs. Reportedly produces reliable assemblies with excellent cosmetics with a uniform, tack-free residue and pin testability; offers excellent low bridging and low solder ball results. Has low surface tension. Is for soldering in single- and dual-wave processes using SAC 305 or low silver alloys.
