STRAMBINO, ITALY -- Test equipment maker
Seica SpA has completed construction of a factory at its headquarters near Turin, Italy.
The 1300 sq. meter addition nearly doubles the company's previous capacity. The addition includes demo and training rooms.
Seica will also house its R&D offices on the site. The company has added more than 15 electronics engineers of late.
"Our extensive mil/aero application business, as well as increasing
commercial business made this step necessary," said Barbara Duvall,
Seica's general manager, in a statement. "Our broad range of ATE system work benches
and a growing number of training classes for our international clients
made this investment necessary."
