ESDzap ESD handheld simulator is for precompliance testing. Functions include testing in 100V increments, with a minimum setting of 500V and a maximum setting of 8kV, air and contact modes, automatic triggering, pulse detection, automatic polarity switching, discharge detection and a straightforward user interface. IEC/EN 61000-4-2 certified.

iSpector desktop AOI now accommodates boards up to 800 x 550mm in a variety of configurations. Inspects newer generations of components and PCBs with leads invisible by orthogonal cameras. Now inspects using side cameras with 45-degree angle simultaneous views at 10 microns resolution. Same eight cameras used for defect verification/classification and repair using the simultaneous 9-view automatic microscope function. Shows defects in a natural 3D projection.
