Runs with a single click, automatically recognizing and measuring solder paste in camera’s view. Height and volume readings for each pad are clearly displayed. Has built-in SPC charts. Combines flexibility at temperature extremes with electrical properties and low hardness. Is said to be reworkable. Meets UL94 V-0. Eliminates use of isocyanates. Comes in 250g resin packs and 5kg kits. Mix ratio is 2:1.
