ProActiv printing technique includes a control subsystem and a set of squeegees featuring embedded electronics. Is said to extend the print process window for consistent printing of small apertures for 0.3 mm CSPs and 01005 passives. Enables next-generation components to be printed next to standard components using a conventional printing process with a single thickness stencil. When activated, energizes paste in contact with or in very close proximity to the squeegee blade. Reportedly does not alter the paste but makes it more compliant, improving packing density of solder particles into apertures and enhancing solder bond, increasing solder paste transfer efficiency.

Pace Replacement Pre-Filters are for Arm-Evac and Lab-Evac 105/200/250 fume extraction filtration systems. Are available in packs of five. Are low-efficiency particle filters used to protect the primary HEPA filter from large, coarse particles. Designed with polymedia filter material and iFuse coating. Offer 20-35% efficiency compared to 15% (or less) of the original Pace pre-filter. Have a MERV 8 rating compared to the MERV 1-6 of the original Pace pre-filter. Catch more than 85% of particles 3-10 µm, and more than 50% of particles 1-3 µm.

The 2 mm x 8 mm dual-track X-feeder is now 01005-capable. Two differently positioned slots permit selection of the ideal tape track for regular or highly adhesive tapes. Said to minimize component losses during setups or as result of pickup errors. Novel software transmits pitch automatically to both feeder tracks; the force required to remove the cover foil can be set accurately. Splice sensors optional. Includes LED displays and control elements.
