TS7000 series interchangeable material path rotary valve uses a feed screw to dispense fluid with a rotary displacement action. The modular design permits quick replacement of the feed screw/chamber cartridge assembly without the need to remove the valve from the machine. The valve housing is interchangeable to be used with TS5000DMP feed screw inserts. Is available in three feed screw sizes: 8, high output 8 and 16-pitch, all of which are made of precision hardened stainless steel. An encoder motor version is available for applications that require closed-loop motor control with encoder feedback.
