XDry M.O.L.E., based on the ECD V-M.O.L.E., is for internal temperature and humidity recording and reporting inside a dry cabinet. Comes standard with one moisture and one temperature sensor, with an optional second moisture sensor, the system provides detailed reporting on the interior conditions of the desiccant dry cabinet. Sensor accuracy is within 1% RH and ±1°C. Data recording frequency is adjustable by the user, permitting data to be captured for up to a full year.

The Push Button Vacuum Pen Kit is for in-house vacuum systems plumed to the workstation. Includes a normally open ESD-safe push button vacuum handle; 4' of 1/16" ID x 1/8" OD coiled ESD-safe vacuum hose; a set of nine ESD-safe vacuum tips, and a 1/16" barbed to 1/8" NPT adapter to connect to the vacuum supply. Optionally, multiple cup pickup tips or small-part tips can be used with this system.

NVOC moisture cure conformal coating now comes in high viscosity, gel and aerosol versions. High viscosity is for thicker coating or manual application (brush, dip and selective spray). Gel is a single part, thixotropic material designed for glob-top applications where the coating should not flow once applied. Cures at room or elevated temperatures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture and incorporates a UV trace to aid inspection. Aerosol uses standard NVOC coating for manual application. Are based on polyurethane technology and are VOC-free.

SN100C P600 D4 is a halogen-free, no-clean, Pb-free solder paste that contains no fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine. Is said to be high reliability, for high-density assembly with stable printability; reflows easily with good wetting and minimum incidence of mid-chip balling, and low residue. Can be reflowed with profiles similar to SAC 305 and SAC 405 with 240°C peak.
