Green Paste aims to eliminate cross contamination between lead and Pb-free boards in a mixed production environment. Is green in color, distinguishable from gray SnPb paste. Green color remains until reflowed, leaving normal metallic joint appearance. Residues are clear, but fluoresce under black light to identify Pb-free boards after assembly.
