Qwiktray custom matrix trays are for surface mount components; can be picked up in a repeatable method when tape-and-reel is not available and standard JEDEC trays do not exist. Develop custom pocket design matched to component specifications and machine it into a finished matrix tray. Can be designed for QFPs, BGAs, hybrids, assemblies, sockets, pins, connectors, LEDs, switches, buttons, and transformers. Are CNC-machined to specific configuration for your component; ship ready to load and install in equipment. Include CAD drawings containing pocket dimensions, first part location, spacing, and other programing details. Come standard in non-ESD black acrylic. ESD-safe and other materials are optional.

WebLink is a web-browser-based barcode reading interface for MicroHawk barcode reader. Offers intuitive configuration utility for barcode reader setup and control. Can command barcode readers from any web-enabled device. Operator enters IP address of local MicroHawk reader into web browser to gain access to the reader’s settings, enable real-time adjustments, and monitor live decode results. WebLink connects to MicroHawk readers over web protocols. Software and memory are hosted on connected barcode reader. Users have access to reader from any device connected to the same LAN and can switch between control devices. Job files can be saved to external devices. WebLink offers assisted setup function that automatically adjusts reader settings. Through a live feed of images, users can see effects of reader setting adjustments in real time. Interface adjusts to single, multiple, static, moving, omnidirectional, printed, or direct-part-marked codes; can be trained to use ideal combination of decode parameters for target symbol.

SpectorBox AOI systems now include a 5" camera clearance, reportedly enabling single-pass inspection of nearly any assembly. Are optimized for inspection of PTH components to identify defects such as presence/absence, wrong polarity, color, type, and bent pins.  Top clearance of 130mm permits Top-Down SpectorBox to inspect electronics and electromechanical assemblies. Modules can be equipped with eight wide field-of-view side cameras, in addition to a top-view camera on the FWAz optical unit. Include 18.8μ2-pixel capture sensor. Z-Axis adjustable optical head adapts to printed circuit board thickness and automatically compensates for warpage. FWAx model has eight simultaneously operating, multiplexed angular side cameras.
