No.942 is a gas-fired, 350ºF walk-in batch oven, for curing epoxy. Workspace dimensions measure 84" x 144" x 108". 400,000 BTU/HR are installed in a modulating natural gas burner to heat the unit; 12,000 CFM total from two 5 HP recirculating blowers provide combination airflow to the workloads. Features 4" insulated walls throughout, aluminized steel interior and exterior, three independent doors for workspace access on the front of the oven, standard double doors on the rear of the oven, 2" insulated floor with three pairs of built-in truck wheel guide tracks, and integral 6" I-beam supports. Includes a 325 CFM, 1/3 HP powered forced exhauster, dampers on the intake and exhaust for accelerated cooling, as well as a 10" diameter circular chart recorder and digital programming temperature controller.

TS7000 series interchangeable material path rotary valve uses a feed screw to dispense fluid with a rotary displacement action. The modular design permits quick replacement of the feed screw/chamber cartridge assembly without the need to remove the valve from the machine. The valve housing is interchangeable to be used with TS5000DMP feed screw inserts. Is available in three feed screw sizes: 8, high output 8 and 16-pitch, all of which are made of precision hardened stainless steel.
