S100 table top depaneling saw for singulating printed circuit board panels is up to 12" long. Diamond saw blade is 2.95" in diameter and 0.022" thick. Boards up to 0.25” thick can be cut. Provides low stress method to singulate panels and backplanes with sensitive surface mount components close to the edge of parting section. PCB is placed onto positioning rails of linear bearing guided table; table is moved with panel forward to make cut. Adjustable guide blades underneath scoreline are for board alignment. Cutting depth can be set to cut through PCB. Any components that overhang parting line remain intact. Built-in dust extraction plenum around saw blade pulls particles into HEPA filter. VarioFlex curtain nozzle is for selective conformal coating processes. Provides application via dispensing, spraying, jetting and curtain casting on-the-fly. Is designed for high-speed and precision applications. Extension arm is 12mm in diameter and 60mm long. “Lacquer curtain” is applied as closed film without spray mist and with precise edge sharpness. N200 punch separates round and odd-shaped panels without dust. Is a top-down air-operated punch for singulating tab-routed PCB panels one tab at a time. Upper and lower matching knife blade is used to pinch tabs apart. Standard die set consists of upper and lower knife for cutting a single tab at a time. Tab is positioned on the lower knife by placing routed section of the panel on a set of locating pins and holding PCB or letting it rest on support table. Cutting location can be adjusted by turning an adjustment screw; brings locating pins to desired place for cutting a tab at the board end of the material. Pins can be adjusted in the x and y direction to bring them close to the sides of the cutting blade and adjust for different diameter panels. Locating pins are mounted on quick-change blocks; can be replaced for different board configurations.
